Summer of Food

As they say, all good (and bad) things must come to an end! I had an extremely relaxing summer filled with good times with friends and family, food, a few drinks, gym time, and a little q.t. in the kitchen! I'm working hard on eating healthier and preparing more of my own meals. My main objective is to simply K.I.S.S. Everything has to be quick, easy and require as few steps as possible.  Most of the pics below I shared on Instagram (StacyNicole_), but in case you missed them, here are a few of my favs from the summer:
