Vitamin Shoppe Mini Haul

Yesterday, I took a little trip to The Vitamin Shoppe.  I was looking for Bragg's Vinegar, Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay, rose water, glycerin, and a few other items. My co-workers have been taking the vinegar for awhile and have noticed improvements in their energy levels.  I hope it not only does that for me, but helps get my blood pressure under control (i'm too young for that foolishness) and maybe even aid in dropping a pound or two.  Now, let me just say that instead of diluting the vinegar in water, i took the two teaspoons in a shot glass this morning.  Probably not the best idea.  Not only did it burn like crap going down, but I really think it would be more effective to mix it with water and drink throughout the day.  I'll try.  Also, the Aztec clay called for apple cider vinegar, so I killed two birds with one stone.

I also purchased honey to use in a couple of other masks that I want to try. My friend Kimberly was telling me about rose water and glycerin at dinner Tuesday night and how wonderful it is on the skin.  After doing a bit of research, looks like it's a good moisturizer, especially for dry, aging skin.  I'll post my feelings about it in a couple of days.

So, needless to say, I'm very happy with my purchases.  Stay tuned for my "experiences" with each.

  1. I LOVE Braggs apple cider has sooo many benefits it's crazy how much you can do with it. Rose water is also a really good toner too. Nice haul. :)
