*Witch hazel as a toner to rid of film left behind from cleansers and moisturizers. Also, if you feel a pimple coming on, put some on a cotton swab, hold on the area for a minute or so, and the pimple won't come to a head. Works every time.
*Sea Salt to exfoliate the face and body
*Sweet Almond Oil (I use it at night as a moisturizer and in the morning) to help eyelashes grow, even out skin tone and soothe dry skin.
*Hemorrhoidal cream to firm the jaw area and to decrease inflammation around the eyes
*Papaya and Garlic tablets to drop the water weight quickly. It definitely works, but make sure to drink plenty of water, and pay attention to how your body reacts to it. Garlic affects blood pressure. Also, it slightly altered my menstruation, so be careful.
*Cayenne to improve circulation and digestion. Make sure that you eat before you take it, or take it with food! Also, not to promote any type of eating disorder, but if you want to watch your weight, eat a little of your meal, take two or three tablets and within a few minutes the heat from the Cayenne will make it difficult for you to even want to eat anymore.
So, those are just a few that I've tried, and there are others, but I just don't have it in me to go through the entire book! Lol.
